The TEC Model 2200-2 Isolation System has been designed to provide
electrical isolation between Class 1E electronic circuits and non-Class 1E electronic
circuits. The Design Basis Event (DBE) was the Safe Shutdown Earthquake during which a
+200) V dc peak input was applied across the non-1E output side of the system. The Model 2200-2 Isolation System was qualified by type-testing. The tests performed during the qualification program for the Model 2200-2 System are listed as follows in the order that they were performed: baseline functional testing and inspection, thermal aging, post-test functional testing and inspection, radiation exposure, post-test functional testing and inspection, seismic testing, post-test functional testing and inspection, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing, and post-test functional testing and inspection. |
